Welcome to The Dandy Dame! My little corner of the interweb where — while I find my footing in the wonderful world of blogging/vlogging — I’ll be covering a broad range of topics based on feedback I’ve gathered on the ol’ Instagram over the past few years. Everything from where I get my suiting to my love of all things vintage. Perhaps some travel diaries and philosophical ramblings or cocktail recipes and where the heck you can find a decent pair of trouser socks that aren’t either sparkly or made for a man with a large foot [this has been SHOCKINGLY challenging]. And of course, how to develop your own personal style and flair.

And so -- here we are. The humble beginnings. I hope you’ll join me in my pursuit of joy, wonder, magic, style, authenticity, and perhaps a little time travel.

Tell me something that made your heart flutter this week, big or small. Mine happened just this morning…sitting by the bedroom window, reading a book, sipping a cup of coffee. The sun was hitting a little disco ball planter that hangs in the corner [a gift from a sweet friend] and it created a beautiful dancing light show…picture down below.
I’ve had trouble finding these simple moments of pleasure these days and want to shine a light [terrible joke intended] back on them. Would love to hear yours.
